On Dec 23, the 10th National Public Ice and Snow Season (Tianjin) opened at the Panshan Ski Resort in Jizhou district.
Li Kemin, head of the Tianjin Municipal Bureau of Sports; He Yinong, secretary of the CPC Jizhou Committee; Zhang Jianyu, deputy secretary of the CPC Jizhou Committee and the head of Jizhou district; and Li Yan, president of the Chinese Skating Association, graced the event.

During the event, Li Kemin presented the "2023 Outstanding Unit in Youth Ice and Snow Sports in Tianjin" medals to representatives of 11 ice and snow clubs in Tianjin.
In addition, the attending leaders and guests visited the Tianjin Jizhou National Ice Training Base.
