Yuyang Ancient Street features architectural styles from the Qing Dynasty (1644-1911) with varying heights and characteristic designs. These structures, along with the century-old locust trees and the thousand-year-old Dule Temple, showcase a deep cultural heritage and reflect the street’s rich historical and cultural resources.

Since the beginning of 2023, Jizhou district has focused on enhancing the functions of its ancient street blocks. While maintaining the unique ancient city layout and historical features, it has actively attracted investment through various channels, forming a development pattern that integrates multiple industries.

Lighting and landscape enhancement have been carried in the alleys and along both sides of Yuyang Ancient Street, providing more entertainment and viewing elements, and further enhancing the attractiveness of the nighttime economy. At the same time, Jizhou has also organized various night tour activities, such as Yuyang Ancient Street New Year's shopping festival, light shows, and weekend music parties, to make it a popular destination for visitors.
