It focuses on serving Beijing, Tianjin, Tangshan, and other major cities in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Upon completion, it will form a smart supply chain base in North China and a high-end intelligent cold storage industry cluster, becoming an emerging industrial project with the integrated development of primary, secondary, and tertiary industries. Once put into operation, it is expected to achieve an annual output value of 800 million yuan.
