From January to October of this year, 88 out of 110 district-level key projects either started or resumed, with a resumption rate of 80%, 17.9 percent higher than the number in the same period last year.
The Development and Reform Commission of Jizhou district has adhered to the idea of "giving priority to projects" and the five management methods, and established four professional promotional teams, so as to promote the construction of key projects. Based on the resource endowment of Jizhou, and in line with major national strategies, such as the coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and rural revitalization, Jizhou has been making efforts to increase investment attraction and extensively carrying out project planning. At present, 141 projects are planned in the region, with a total planned investment of 138.1 billion yuan (about $20 billion). There are 97 reserve projects, with a total planned investment of 23.1 billion yuan.
Jizhou district will further speed up project construction and introduce investment. Based on the resource endowment and development status of Jizhou, it will focus on local project promotion.
