Except for the upgrading of preschool education, high schools in Jizhou have also taken actions to improve their teaching abilities. The high schools have multi-level interactive exchanges in school management, education modes, educational researches, curriculum improvement, resource sharing and other aspects. They also integrate and complement each other in various forms to improve the quality of school education. These schools have insisted on joint development in six ways including resources sharing, educating teams co-construction, information sharing, school cultures integration, school features integration and class quality improvement. Furthermore, four developing strategies have been implemented at the same time: unified planning of educational development, unified arrangement of education and teaching, unified linkage of educational research and training, and unified exchange of educational achievements.
